This is a summary of the information you need to know about the Product Design and Distribution Obligations which come into effect on 5 October 2021. It provides you with access to the Target Market Determination for each of our affiliated investment manager partners and issuers and distributors of financial products covered by Product Design and Distribution Obligations.
The Product Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) requires issuers and distributors of financial products to have a consumer-centric approach to the design and distribution of their financial products, with the aim of helping consumers to obtain financial products that are appropriate for their objectives, financial situation and needs.
The obligations apply to a broad range of financial products including managed funds.
It is our responsibility as a product issuer to create a Target Market Determination (TMD) for each of our products covered by DDO.
