After spending a decade offshore with the Bank of Bermuda and Credit Suisse, Glen returned to Australia in 2007, ran the successful launch of Solaris Investment Management in 2008, and co-founded Channel in 2013. He also serves as Director of our Responsible Entity, Channel Investment Management Limited, as well as a number of our affiliate investment manager partners’ Boards.

Prior to the establishment of Channel in 2013, Josh held a variety of senior roles over his 22 year career in the financial services industry including Head of Investment Operations for Solaris Investment Management and Manager of Investment Operations for a third party fund administrator offering outsourced services to boutique funds management groups.
Josh leads the Investment Operations, Product and Client Services teams. He is responsible for the efficient management and delivery of operational functions to our Partners and Channel fund products.

Mathew is responsible for the strategic direction, management and efficient support of all Technology Infrastructure and business systems.
Bringing 23 years of business and technology experience with him, Mathew has developed a reputation for delivering business value through technology. Prior to Channel, Mathew held senior management positions including IT Manager, Director of ICT, and CIO across a variety of industries including FMCG, Mining, and Health.
Mat holds a Bachelor of IT (Hons) and MBA from the University of Queensland, as well as a Prince2 Practitioner certification.

Bringing 23 years of business and technology experience with him, Mathew has developed a reputation for delivering business value through technology. Des is a co-founder of Eolas Capital and acts at the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. Des is also Chair of the Investment Management Committee and a shareholder of the firm.

Des also restructured the operations of two other BNY Mellon affiliates: Amherst Holdings in 2019, and EACM in 2020. He also created and spun off a trading services subsidiary – xBK – the same year, that was subsequently transferred to the Asset Servicing division of BNY Mellon. At the time of his departure, Des was also responsible for representing BNY Mellon's minority ownership interest in the Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private equity boutique.
Prior to BNY Asset Management, Des served as Head of Investment Process Oversight at Bridgewater Associates. Before Bridgewater, he was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Standish for over a decade growing the business from $35billion to over $175 billion during that period.
His investment management experience spans more than three decades and includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Pareto Partners, where he coordinated the subsequent sale of the business to Mellon Investments Corporation; Head of European Pension Strategies for Deutsche Asset Management; and Head of Risk and Treasurer for GM Asset Management. He also held senior positions at Russell Investments and the London Stock Exchange, earlier in his career.
He is active in the local community and as a philanthropist and has served on multiple boards, including the Alzheimers Association (MA/NH Chapter), RIAN Immigrant Center, Inly School, and has been active with the American Ireland Funds.
Des holds an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Exeter, where he also served as an Honorary Research Fellow, and a BA from University College Dublin. He also completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Prior to this he was with QIC as Head of the Australian Small Companies team. Stuart was also with Deutsche Asset Management (Australia) as Head of Australian Equities and was responsible for the flagship equities product, which was close to $6b in size.
Previous roles included Portfolio Manager and Securities Analyst for State Authorities Superannuation Board and Securities Analyst for Industrial Equity Limited. His first role after graduating from university was Chartered Accountant. Stuart was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Securities Institute of Australia for many years.

In addition, her current roles include appointment as Chair of Audit and Risk Committees and boards for both public and private sector and NFP organisations.

Des is a co-founder of Eolas Capital and acts at the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. Des is also Chair of the Investment Management Committee and a shareholder of the firm.
Before forming Eolas, Des had dual responsibility as CEO of Mellon Investments Corporation and of BNY Mellon Asset Management North America, overseeing all the asset management firms in the U.S. including, Mellon Investments Corporation (formed through the merger of Standish Mellon, Mellon Capital and The Boston Company), and CIS before it was split into separate operating divisions, accounting for over $1 trillion of assets under management at its peak.
Des also restructured the operations of two other BNY Mellon affiliates: Amherst Holdings in 2019, and EACM in 2020. He also created and spun off a trading services subsidiary – xBK – the same year, that was subsequently transferred to the Asset Servicing division of BNY Mellon. At the time of his departure, Des was also responsible for representing BNY Mellon's minority ownership interest in the Siguler Guff, a multi-strategy private equity boutique.
Prior to BNY Asset Management, Des served as Head of Investment Process Oversight at Bridgewater Associates. Before Bridgewater, he was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Standish for over a decade growing the business from $35billion to over $175 billion during that period.
His investment management experience spans more than three decades and includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Pareto Partners, where he coordinated the subsequent sale of the business to Mellon Investments Corporation; Head of European Pension Strategies for Deutsche Asset Management; and Head of Risk and Treasurer for GM Asset Management. He also held senior positions at Russell Investments and the London Stock Exchange, earlier in his career.
He is active in the local community and as a philanthropist and has served on multiple boards, including the Alzheimers Association (MA/NH Chapter), RIAN Immigrant Center, Inly School, and has been active with the American Ireland Funds.
Des holds an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Exeter, where he also served as an Honorary Research Fellow, and a BA from University College Dublin. He also completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Kristen is President of Eolas Capital and leads our Distribution effort. Kristen is responsible for cultivating and guiding our partner managers’ marketing, brand, and communications strategy and for developing and maintaining a strong network of consultant relationships to strengthen brand and product awareness of our partner managers within the consultant community. Additionally, she is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Investment Management Committee, responsible for assisting with the selection of partner and emerging managers.
Before joining Eolas Capital, Kristen served as Director, Global Consultant Relations for Mellon Investments Corporation, where she was directly responsible for cultivating relationships with research and field consultants to support the firm’s sales, client services and product development initiatives. In partnership with a large U.S. consultant and public pension, she led the effort to develop a series of custom indices in Risk Parity, leading to a new product series in passive risk parity for the firm. Kristen was also a member for the firm’s ESG Council.
Prior to joining Mellon Investments Corporation, Kristen was Vice President, Global Consultant Relations for Mellon Capital. In addition to her consultant responsibilities, Kristen collaborated on the development and launch of the Carbon Efficiency Strategy, the firm’s first green beta product, and led research and market intelligence on ESG initiatives. Other responsibilities included ESG product specialist and chair of the firm’s ESG Committee.
During her tenure, Kristen has held a number of different positions with increasing responsibility across the marketing and consultant relations functions. Previous roles include consultant relations analyst and senior marketing coordinator for Franklin Portfolio Associates and senior trust accountant for Mellon Financial. She has been in the investment industry since 2001.
Kristen serves on the board of Harmony Capital Advisors, LLC.

She is the primary project manager coordinating the launch of products as well as between clients, Eolas and Channel Capital during the implementation phase. She is also the primary oversight for Eolas’ internal and external compliance and IT operations. Additionally, Rose serves as a director of EC Sage Fund GP 1, LLC.
Rose was previously the Head of Business Management and Collective Funds at Mellon Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon. Rose oversaw the operation and management of the BNY Mellon Collective Funds managed by Mellon employees as dual officers of the Bank of New York Mellon. She was also the general business manager for the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to the merger which created Mellon Investment Corporation, Rose was the Head of Global Client Experience and Solutions Delivery at Mellon Capital Management. She was responsible for day-to-day client experience, including client onboarding, client service, reporting, performance, and billing.
Rose has been in information technology, project management and management consulting since 1986 and in the investment industry since 1989. Prior to joining Mellon Capital in 2006, she was cofounder and principal at StraightLine Associates, a management consulting firm. Prior experience includes being the general manager / CEO at Proxicom Gmbh (a US subsidiary Internet consulting firm in Munich, Germany), where she was responsible for all German sales, operations, marketing, and solutions delivery; director of solutions delivery at Proxicom US; vice president of accounting and financial systems at Montgomery Securities; and director of customer systems and information technology at Nextel Communications; and developer for the Pacific Stock Exchange Options Trading floor.
Rose was the winner of the Proxicom 1999 People’s Choice Leadership Award, and Nextel Communications 1995 Total Customer Satisfaction award. Rose earned a BS in computer information systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Channel Capital Group in April 2023, Martin worked for the Maples Group where he served as an independent director for Cayman Islands and other offshore investment funds covering a wide range of hedge, private equity and infrastructure strategies. Martin was a Fiduciary Fund Manager from 2010 to 2017 at BNY Mellon Fund Management (Cayman) Limited where he provided fiduciary services as well as administration services to a large portfolio of Cayman unit trusts, hedge funds and funds of funds. Prior to that, Martin was a senior client accountant at CIBC Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Limited after working as a senior tax consultant at KPMG Argentina from 2003 through 2007.
Martin graduated from Buenos Aires University as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from the International College of the Cayman Islands. He is a CFA charterholder, a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) by the European Federation of Financial Fund Analysts Societies (“EFFAS”). Martin is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (“STEP”), the Cayman Islands Directors’ association and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (“CIIPA”). Katherine also serves as a Director of our Responsible Entity, Channel Investment Management Limited, and holds directorships for other group-related entities.
