Australia’s $2.8 trillion private debt market could offer stable income opportunities for superannuation funds and high-net-worth individuals alongside capital preservation, according to fixed income veteran Bob Sahota. The private debt market in Australia is “as old as the hills” but has been the domain of the big four until recently, Sahota said at an investor forum on Wednesday.”
