Channel Capital Launches Channel Diligence to Provide Independent Operational Due Diligence

October 16, 2025

Channel Capital is pleased to announce the forthcoming launch of Channel Diligence, a specialist global operational due diligence (ODD) services business established to meet the growing demand for independent, institutional-quality ODD services.

Operating as an independent subsidiary within the Channel Capital Group, Channel Diligence is purpose-built to deliver the highest standards of objectivity, confidentiality, and analytical rigour. Channel Diligence will partner with institutional investors, family offices, and asset managers to help them navigate operational complexity, mitigate risk, and make more informed investment decisions.

A global perspective, backed by experienced leadership

Leading the business are Stephanie Sirois in New York and Erika Jordan in Sydney.

Stephanie Sirois, was formerly Co-Head of Global Operational Due Diligence at UBS. She brings extensive international experience, having led ODD engagements across hedge funds, private equity, and real asset managers during her tenure as Head of Americas / Global Co-Head of Operational Due Diligence at UBS.

Erika Jordan was formerly Head of Investment Operations and Governance at Rest Super. With more than two decades of experience in investment operations, governance, and risk, Erika has held senior roles at some of Australia’s largest institutional investors, including NAB Asset Management.

They are supported by an experienced team comprising Padraig O’Donnell and Charlene McDermid, both formerly of Rest Super, and Wendy Beer, a senior US attorney based in New York.

As operational risk continues to gain prominence among investors and regulators, and as investment structures become more complex, Channel Diligence delivers independent, in-depth analysis and practical insights into the operational frameworks of asset managers, pension funds, and alternative investment platforms worldwide.

Glen Holding, Managing Director at Channel Capital Group, said:

“Operational oversight is a strategic imperative at Channel. As a Responsible Entity, we understand the importance of conducting deep analysis to make informed, risk-aware decisions. With Stephanie and Erika at the helm, Channel Diligence brings world-class experience and an independent mindset to help our clients navigate complexity and protect capital in an increasingly dynamic investment landscape.”
