Channel Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Griffith as the group’s Head of Investment Oversight, a key appointment that reinforces Channel Capital’s focus on scaling its investment and portfolio governance platform and supporting long-term outcomes for partners and investors.
Matthew brings over 25 years of experience to the role, with an extensive background in investment consulting and management, most recently as a Principal Consultant at Australia’s largest Asset Consulting firm, JANA, where he played a key role in advising some of Australia’s largest asset owners on investment strategies and portfolio management. His leadership at JANA included key roles such as Head of Portfolio Construction & Risk, Executive Leadership Team member, and Deputy Chair of JANA’s Investment Committee. His expertise spans across asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
