She was most recently an Executive Director at UBS Securities, where she served as a subject matter expert on operational due diligence providing strategic guidance to investment clients navigating complex operational and regulatory landscapes.
Previously, Stephanie was the Global Co-Head of Operational Due Diligence at UBS Hedge Fund Solutions (2011-2024), the second largest allocator to hedge funds during this time, overseeing a global team responsible for reviewing more than 300 hedge funds annually. In this role, she played a pivotal part in developing systematic operational risk assessment tools, streamlining reporting processes, and integrating operational due diligence into traditional investment strategies. As a voting member of the investment review committee, she held full veto authority on all investments. Stephanie’s earlier career includes roles at JH Whitney Investment Management, Citigroup, and AllianceBernstein, where she gained extensive experience in fund accounting, operations, and investor reporting.

Prior to joining Channel Capital Cayman, she served as an Independent Director with Azimuth for five years, where she provided governance oversight and strategic guidance across the firm’s investment operations. She has also held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director and Head of Wells Fargo Prime Services’ Business Consulting Group from 2015 to 2020, where she was responsible for the development, management, and delivery of the platform’s business consulting services.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Securities, Wendy was a consultant at Tiger Bay Advisors where she provided subject matter solutions to help hedge funds manage and operate their key business functions. Before her work at Tiger Bay, Wendy held a number of key industry roles including a director in Credit Suisse’s Global Credit Products where she specialized in business development and sales and marketing of tailored leveraged facilities to alternative asset managers.
